Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated.

• Made-to-order and preorder items have extended processing times (see below).

• Made to order items ship in 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days once an order has shipped.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for select items.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items (Extended Processing Time)

Some Slaughter Factory products are made to order or offered as preorders. These items are produced after your order is placed.

• Most made-to-order or preorder items begin production after purchase.

• While many items ship within 3-5 business days, extended timelines may apply due to demand, production schedules, quality control, or shipping logistics.

• Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the order date for delivery for preorder and made-to-order items.

• Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may vary.

By placing an order for a preorder or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing and delivery timeframe.

Tracking & Issues

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Once an order is in transit, Slaughter Factory is not responsible for carrier delays.
